Is there a free plan, or a trial?

There is a free plan rather than a trial, so it does not run out. It includes 1 GB of storage, unlimited galleries and full-resolution download — enough to deliver a portrait session and see whether the whole thing suits you before paying anything.

Am I charged per gallery, per client or per download?

None of those. Storage is the only thing metered. You can create as many galleries and guest links as you like, invite as many clients as you like, and they can download their photos as often as they like.

Who takes the payment?

Paddle, acting as the merchant of record. That means Paddle handles the card, the currency conversion and any sales tax or VAT for your country, and the invoice comes from them. The price shown on this page is in US dollars before tax, so your total at checkout may differ.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from the billing page inside your account. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of the month; downgrading takes effect at your next renewal so you keep what you have already paid for.

What happens to my photos if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your galleries stay online after that with their links working. Your allowance drops back to the free 1 GB, which stops new uploads rather than removing anything already there. If you want your account and its files erased, close it yourself from Settings — cancel the subscription first, then confirm, and everything is deleted 30 days later unless you call it off.

How much storage does a wedding actually take?

Count on 5 to 15 MB per full-resolution JPEG, so an 800-frame wedding is roughly 4 to 12 GB and a portrait session is under 1 GB. Sowarly also stores two small preview sizes per photo, which add about a tenth of the original on top.
